Each of the above providers processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and within the framework of data processing agreements ensuring GDPR compliance.

8. Data Transfers Outside the EEA
Where data are processed by providers located outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will be carried out in compliance with Articles 44–49 GDPR, ensuring appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
