  • WordPress – website content management system
  • Google LLC – provider of the “Google Analytics” web analytics service (anonymized data)

Each of the above providers processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and within the framework of data processing agreements ensuring GDPR compliance.

8. Data Transfers Outside the EEA
Where data are processed by providers located outside the European Economic Area, such transfers will be carried out in compliance with Articles 44–49 GDPR, ensuring appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

9. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, the data subject has the right to:

  • Obtain confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed and, if so, access such data (right of access);
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (right to rectification);
  • Request erasure of personal data (right to erasure);
  • Request restriction of processing (right to restriction);
  • Object to the processing of personal data (right to object);
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
  • Lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (https://autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
